GDPR Compliance & Data Processing Addendum

Deploy4 is fully compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our commitment to privacy, data sovereignty, and security forms the bedrock of our platform.

1. Data Sovereignty & EU Hosting

All consumer data, application code, databases, backups, and server instances managed by Deploy4 are exclusively hosted in Germany and Finland (Hetzner Online GmbH). We guarantee that no production data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Data Subject Rights

We fully support your rights under the GDPR, including:

• Right of Access: You can export all your project data and user details at any time.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your account settings and credentials in the console.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Deleting a project removes all associated deployment pods, databases, and logs immediately. Deleting your account deletes all user data.
• Right to Data Portability: You can export application source configurations easily.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For enterprise and team customers who require a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporating standard contractual clauses (SCCs), please contact our compliance officer:
