Welcome to Deploy4. By accessing or using our application deployment platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Platform

Deploy4 provides tools and infrastructure to deploy web applications. You are solely responsible for any content, code, or databases you deploy on our platform.

2. Hosting Infrastructure and Availability

Our infrastructure runs on Hetzner Online GmbH servers located in Germany and Finland. We strive to maintain 99.99% service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: hosting malware, initiating DDoS attacks, crypto-mining, phishing, or distributing unsolicited promotional content. Violating this policy will result in immediate account termination.

4. Billing and Resource Quotas

Resource limits are enforced according to your selected subscription tier. Free tier usage is limited to one deployment pod for static sites. Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly at $29. Failure to pay fees will result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploy4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or system downtime.
